Senior Solution Architect

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience: 12–15 Years Duration: 12 Months Role Overview We are looking for Senior Solution Architect to lead sustenance-track projects and technical initiatives for the Core Banking platform, with responsibility for solution architecture, enhancements, integrations, and system optimization. Key Responsibilities • Lead sustenance projects and technical initiatives for the Core Banking platform. • Review and design solution architectures for enhancements, integrations, and optimization. • Coordinate with business, technology, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams. • Drive architecture reviews, technical assessments, defect remediation, and performance improvements. • Support capacity planning, EOD optimization, platform modernization, and regulatory compliance. • Manage project planning, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communication. • Ensure delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards. 2026-Q4-005_Senior_Solution_Arc… Required Skills & Experience • 12–15 years of experience in Core Banking implementation, support, or transformation. • Strong Oracle FLEXCUBE architecture and solution design experience. • FLEXCUBE technical and functional expertise. • Strong understanding of Oracle Database, performance tuning, integrations, and data models. • Experience with WebLogic, REST/SOAP/API, Integration/ESB, and Kafka. • Experience managing banking projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams. • Hands-on project delivery experience; retail and corporate banking experience preferred.
