Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will handle property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes from initial inquiry to closing. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of local market trends, preparing and reviewing standard real estate contracts, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as landlords, developers, and banks. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, advising clients on property values and investment potential, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations. The Real Estate Agent is expected to maintain a professional network, attend property events, and contribute to marketing efforts to grow the client base. Qualifications • Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Property regulations and practices in the UAE. • Candidates should possess solid Real Estate knowledge and hands-on experience with residential and/or commercial property transactions. • Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market. • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and client-focused communication. • Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in English (and other languages is a plus), strong interpersonal and presentation skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • A valid driver’s license, local area knowledge of Dubai neighborhoods and developments, and prior experience in the UAE real estate sector are highly advantageous.
