We are expanding our team and looking for ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Agents who are passionate about property, client relationships, and building a successfull long-term career in Dubai’s highly competitive real estate market. The Opportunity We are looking for experienced Real Estate Agents specializing in Secondary and/or Off-Plan properties. You will work directly with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and leading developers to identify opportunities, generate business, secure listings, conduct property viewings and project presentations, negotiate transactions, and close deals successfully. Key Responsibilities * Source, list, and manage secondary and ready-property listings * Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading UAE developers * Generate and manage qualified buyer, seller, landlord, and investor leads * Market properties through Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, social media, WhatsApp, and other channels * Conduct property viewings, developer presentations, and investment consultations * Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties * Advise clients on pricing, payment plans, ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and investment opportunities * Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, landlords, sellers, and developers * Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline * Coordinate with the administration and transaction team throughout the sales process * Stay updated on Dubai communities, new launches, developers, market conditions, and RERA regulations * Maintain accurate client, lead, and property information in the company’s CRM * Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue targets Requirements * Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience * Proven experience in secondary, off-plan, or both markets * Valid RERA Broker ID (BRN) or willingness to obtain one * Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and closing skills * Excellent client relationship management and follow-up abilities * Self-motivated, confident, ambitious, and target-driven * Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is preferred * Fluent English is required * Fluency in Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Turkish, or Hindi is a strong advantage * UAE Driving License preferred * Own vehicle is an advantage * Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic What We Offer * Attractive and competitive commission structure * Unlimited earning potential * Access to quality property leads and marketing resources * Access to leading developers and a strong off-plan project inventory * Secondary-market property inventory * Property portal and digital marketing support * Professional administrative and transaction support * Modern office environment in DAMAC Smart Heights, TECOM * RERA training and licensing assistance, where applicable * Supportive and performance-driven management * Opportunities to work across the secondary, ready, leasing, and off-plan markets * Career growth opportunities within the company * A professional environment designed to help high-performing agents maximize their income Who We’re Looking For We are looking for serious real estate professionals who want to build a career not simply find a job.
