About the Role RIBCRAFT Boat Building LLC, Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end management and delivery of RHIB and composite boatbuilding contracts in the UAE. The role requires proven technical and production expertise in composite vessel construction, including classification and certification requirements, with responsibility for project execution, resource allocation, production schedules, quality compliance and on-time delivery to contractual specifications. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for overall project and contract management of Ribcraft boat building contracts executed in the UAE. • Manage project schedules and resources, including manpower and materials, to ensure timely execution in accordance with contractual specifications and quality standards. • Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditure and maintain effective cost control throughout project execution. • Generate weekly and monthly reports on progress, schedule compliance (based on POC), costs incurred and estimated to complete. • Coordinate with engineering, production and quality teams to ensure technical compliance, including applicable classification and certification requirements. • Maintain effective communication with clients, end users, subcontractors, OEMs, surveyors and classification authorities. • Identify and manage project risks, production constraints and potential delays, implementing corrective actions as required. Qualifications & Experience • 8-10 Years of experience as Project Engineer/Project Management roles in Ship building/Boat Building companies, out of which at least 5 years' experience in the GCC (preferably UAE). • Proven technical and production experience on construction of composite boats/ rigid hull inflatable boats including knowledge and experience of class certification. Preferred Candidates • Currently based in the UAE. • Available for immediate joining. • Location of work - Abu Dhabi. • Experience in maritime/ composite boat manufacturing.
