The Role
- Maintain and continuously improve Immensa's Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001, ISO 29001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, including procedures, control plans, traceability and calibration.
- Ensure quality, environmental and health & safety requirements are built into daily operations.
- Plan and conduct internal audits across all four IMS standards following the annual audit programme, report findings to management and follow up until every action is closed.
- Manage customer audits end to end: prepare evidence and documentation, host the auditors, coordinate responses during the audit, and deliver corrective action plans on time.
- Lead certification body surveillance and recertification audits and keep the company audit-ready year-round.
- Own the NCR and CAPA process from start to finish: fast containment, root cause analysis (8D / 5 Why / Fishbone) and verified closure.
- Support part qualification and AMC certification against customer and industry standards (e.g. API 20S, DNV, ASTM/ISO AM standards).
- Own and manage change management process across company IMS
- Qualify, audit and monitor suppliers with Supply Chain, using scorecards and clear escalation.
- Track and report quality KPIs: First Pass Yield, customer escapes, NCR aging and CAPA effectiveness.
- Train teams across Production, Engineering and Supply Chain to build a strong quality culture.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- 7–10 years in Quality Assurance within manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Hands-on experience implementing and auditing an Integrated Management System to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; IMS or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
- Proven track record of conducting internal audits and successfully hosting customer and certification body audits with minimal major findings.
- Proven use of structured problem-solving (8D, RCA, FMEA) and statistical tools (SPC, MSA).
- Experience with supplier quality management.
- Strong documentation, reporting and communication skills.
