Sales Manager - B2B SaaS

About Propwise Propwise is a Dubai-based PropTech company building software designed specifically for modern real estate agencies. Our platform brings together CRM, lead management, team workflows, analytics, property data and intelligent automation to help brokerages operate more efficiently and give managers greater visibility over their businesses. As we enter our next stage of commercial growth, we are looking for an experienced and highly driven Sales Manager to take a hands-on role in growing our B2B customer base and helping build the foundations of our sales organisation. The Role This is not a purely managerial position. We are looking for someone who can sell first and build a team second. You will be responsible for identifying prospective brokerage clients, opening doors, running product demonstrations, managing the sales process and closing new business. You should be comfortable selling a sophisticated SaaS product where understanding the customer’s existing processes, CRM setup and operational pain points is an important part of the conversation. The role will also involve supporting customers through the early stages of implementation and onboarding, ensuring that what was promised during the sales process translates into a successful start with Propwise. As the customer base grows, you will play a central role in defining our sales processes, improving our go-to-market strategy and ultimately building and managing a larger sales team. What You’ll Be Doing • Own the B2B sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demonstration, negotiation and close. • Proactively identify and approach real estate agencies and other relevant prospective clients. • Leverage your own professional network and industry relationships to generate opportunities. • Conduct engaging product demonstrations for business owners, directors, sales managers and other decision-makers. • Understand a brokerage’s existing CRM, lead-management processes and operational challenges and demonstrate how Propwise can fit into their business. • Maintain a strong understanding of the Propwise platform and confidently communicate both its commercial and operational value. • Support new clients through light onboarding and initial setup, working closely with the wider Propwise team where necessary. • Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline with clear forecasting and follow-up. • Work closely with Marketing, providing practical feedback on lead quality, messaging, campaigns and B2B lead-generation opportunities. • Gather structured feedback from prospects and customers and communicate relevant insights to Product and Management. • Help establish repeatable sales processes, playbooks, reporting and best practices. • As the function grows, recruit, train and manage additional members of the sales team. • What We’re Looking For SaaS sales experience is important for this role. The ideal candidate will have: • Proven experience selling B2B SaaS, software licences, CRM systems or other technology solutions. • A strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling. • The ability to understand and demonstrate relatively complex CRM and software workflows. • Experience prospecting and generating your own opportunities rather than relying exclusively on inbound leads. • A demonstrable track record of working toward and achieving sales targets. • Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to build relationships with founders, business owners and senior management. • A highly charismatic, professional and credible communication style. • Fluent spoken and written English. • The ability to work in a fast-moving environment where performance is measured closely and expectations are high. Arabic is beneficial but not required. Highly Desirable We would be particularly interested in candidates who have previously: • Sold SaaS, CRM, lead-management or technology products to real estate agencies or brokerages. • Worked within the UAE real estate or PropTech ecosystem. • Built an existing network of brokerage owners, directors, managers or other industry decision-makers. • Sold software on a recurring subscription or per-seat/licence model. • Helped build or scale an early-stage B2B sales function. • Worked closely with Product and Marketing teams to improve commercial strategy. Performance & Expectations This is a commercially important position within Propwise and will have significant visibility across the company’s founders, management and stakeholders. The successful candidate will operate against clearly defined KPIs, pipeline expectations and sales targets. We are looking for someone who is motivated by that level of accountability and who can demonstrate performance through measurable results. This role offers significant room to grow. Someone who proves they can consistently generate pipeline, close business and develop a repeatable sales process will have the opportunity to build and lead the wider Propwise sales organisation. The Person We’re looking for someone who is commercial, energetic, persuasive and extremely comfortable speaking to people. You should enjoy opening doors, building relationships and understanding how businesses operate. You need to be equally comfortable cold-prospecting a brokerage, presenting the platform to a room of decision-makers, discussing CRM workflows with an operations team, and negotiating a commercial agreement with an owner. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to build, not simply inherit, a sales function. Show more Show less
