Senior Financial Analyst (Emirati)

HIRING | FINANCIAL ANALYSIS SPECIALIST We are looking for a Financial Analysis Specialist to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting within a project-driven organisation. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Coordinate annual budgets, submissions and departmental requirements 🔹 Prepare forecasts and analyse actuals vs. budget and prior periods 🔹 Monitor OPEX & CAPEX, identify variances and recommend corrective actions 🔹 Develop financial models and scenario analysis for funding and resource allocation 🔹 Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations 🔹 Support financial analysis of projects, initiatives and budget utilisation 🔹 Work closely with Finance, project teams and stakeholders to improve forecasting and reporting 🔹 Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls and reporting timelines Ideal Candidate: 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field 💼 Experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial planning, management reporting or financial analysis 🏢 Government, infrastructure or project-based experience is an advantage 📈 Strong Excel & financial modelling skills 💻 ERP and Power BI experience preferred 🏅 ACCA / CPA / CIMA / CFA is an advantage 🤝 Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills Show more Show less
