‏⁦ فرصة وظيفية | مهندس تصميم إنشائي ومكتب فني Structural Design & Technical Office Engineer نسعى لاستقطاب مهندس تصميم إنشائي ومكتب فني يتمتع بخبرة هندسية متقدمة وقدرة على تقديم حلول تصميمية مبتكرة للمشاركة في مشاريع إنشائية نوعية. 📍 موقع العمل: مكة المكرمة 🔹 المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة : - بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية. - خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في التصميم الإنشائي وأعمال المكتب الفني. - خبرة عملية مثبتة في مشاريع الأبراج والفنادق والمباني المرتفعة. - إتقان برامج التصميم والتحليل الإنشائي ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD. - خبرة متقدمة في إعداد ومراجعة التصميمات الإنشائية والحسابات الهندسية والمخططات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings). - القدرة على مراجعة التصميمات، واكتشاف التعارضات، وتقديم الحلول الفنية والإنشائية المناسبة. - إلمام متقدم بكود البناء السعودي (SBC) والأكواد والمعايير الهندسية ذات الصلة. - خبرة في التنسيق الفني مع الاستشاريين وفرق التصميم والتخصصات الهندسية المختلفة. - القدرة على تطوير حلول تصميمية تحقق السلامة الإنشائية والكفاءة الاقتصادية دون الإخلال بمتطلبات الجودة. - القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق هندسي متعدد التخصصات وإدارة الأولويات الفنية بكفاءة. - الجاهزية للانضمام خلال فترة قصيرة. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. - Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design and technical office works. - Practical experience in towers, hotels, and high-rise buildings. - Proficiency in structural design and analysis software ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD. - Advanced experience in preparing and reviewing structural designs, engineering calculations, and execution drawings (Shop Drawings). - Ability to review designs, identify clashes, and provide suitable technical and structural solutions. - Advanced familiarity with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and related standards. - Experience coordinating technically with consultants and design teams from various engineering disciplines. - Ability to develop design solutions ensuring structural safety and economic efficiency without compromising quality requirements. - Ability to work within an multidisciplinary engineering team and manage technical priorities efficiently. - Readiness to join on short notice.
