Role Description The Agentic AI Engineer will design, build, and refine AI agents and autonomous workflows that integrate with enterprise software products. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and testing agentic architectures, creating robust prompts and interaction patterns, and connecting AI systems to data sources and APIs for real-world use cases. The role also involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions, monitoring performance, and iterating based on user feedback and metrics. This is a part-time, remote role that offers flexibility while requiring reliable availability for team collaboration and project milestones. Qualifications • Strong skills in Python or similar languages used for AI development, with experience building and integrating AI agents or LLM-based applications. • Knowledge of machine learning concepts, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, custom orchestration tools) for production-grade systems. • Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) to connect AI systems with enterprise applications. • Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, documentation, and secure deployment of AI services. • Ability to analyze business workflows, define AI-driven solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience with enterprise or B2B software is a plus. • Comfort working part time with self-directed project management, clear communication, and a focus on measurable outcomes.
