Position: Senior Procurement Manager - MEP - Building Construction Location: Dubai (Onsite) Salary: 22,000 - 29,000 We are looking for a seasoned MEP Procurement professional with strong experience in large-scale building construction projects. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: • 10–18 years of experience in MEP Procurement within Building Construction / Real Estate • B.Tech / M.Tech – Mechanical is required • Extensive experience in high-volume procurement of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and related MEP materials/equipment • Strong expertise in vendor development, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation & procurement planning • Proven experience managing procurement budgets, cost optimization & supply chain operations • Strong understanding of project execution requirements, technical specifications & local market dynamics • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with Project, Engineering & Commercial teams • Proven ability to lead end-to-end procurement operations, ensure timely material availability and support large-scale project delivery Show more Show less
