We help rental companies manage their operations while delivering a seamless rental experience for customers. We are building our Customer Experience team ahead of launch and are looking for motivated individuals to join us. Key Responsibilities • Respond to all customer inquiries and provide professional support through phone calls and digital communication channels, in Arabic and English. • Ensure timely, accurate, and effective resolution of customer requests and complaints. • Coordinate with internal teams and business partners to address customer needs. • Record, manage, and follow up on customer interactions and cases through the CRM system. • Escalate complex or urgent issues according to established procedures. • Maintain high standards of service quality, customer satisfaction, and data confidentiality. • Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback to support continuous service improvement. Reporting Line: Customer Experience Manager.
