Senior Data Science Analyst - Data Office

Job Purpose This role acts as a technical development role, focused on solution implementation, defining enterprise data platforms requirements, architectures, and standards. It requires working with various stakeholders to design data analytics driven solutions as needed for their business needs. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities • Design and deliver advanced analytics solutions leveraging AI/ML models and intelligent agents to address business needs across the Bank • Build, test, and deploy data science models, algorithms and AI-driven agents, enabling predictive, prescriptive, and automation capabilities for business units • Collaborate closely with business and analytics teams to translate requirements into scalable analytical solutions • Offers expertise to the MIS & Analytics teams to help the departments move to Machine Learning models for Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics • Defines MLOps standards & frameworks and implements them • Creates a platform for collaboration across data scientists in the Bank • Uses advanced data visualization methods to represent insights • Structures large data sets to find usable information • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings Educational Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree holder in related field • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a related field. • Experience in building AI / ML models • Experience in building advanced data analytics solutions • Experience in defining business requirements for information management projects Competencies • Adapting and Responding to Change • Working with People • Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations • Formulating Design Concepts Skills • Coding skills in languages such as SQL, Python and/or R • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques • Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with statistical software Critical Success Factors • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to set and meet deadlines • Ability to work in high-pressure situations • Excellent attention to detail • Strong written/verbal communication skills Show more Show less
