Interior Supervisor (Interior Fit-Out)

Interior Supervisor Industry: Interior Fit-Out & Design-Build Construction Employment Type: Full-time Location: Bahrain Budget: BHD 350 – 400 Job Purpose The Interior Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out works, ensuring works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedule, while coordinating trades on site. Key Responsibilities • Supervise on-site execution of interior fit-out works including carpentry/joinery, marble works, flooring, painting, and finishing. • Coordinate daily activities of site labor, subcontractors, and trade teams to ensure work progresses as per schedule. • Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Coordinate with MEP, electrical, AC/HVAC, and plumbing teams to avoid work clashes and delays. • Monitor material usage, request materials in advance, and avoid on-site shortages. • Identify and report site issues, discrepancies, or delays to the Project Manager/Engineer. • Ensure safety practices and housekeeping are maintained on site. • Support inspection and handover activities with the Client/Consultant as directed by the Project Manager. Qualification & Experience • Relevant trade background or diploma/degree in Civil, Interior, or Construction-related field. • Previous supervisory experience in construction or interior fit-out projects, preferably in Bahrain or the GCC. • Good understanding of interior finishing works, carpentry, and coordination with MEP trades. • Ability to read and interpret construction/interior drawings.
