You will be responsible for developing and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services, APIs, and Flutter applications for mobile and web. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python. • Develop and maintain Flutter (Dart) mobile and web applications. • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services. • Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize application performance. • Implement authentication, security, and data protection. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues. • Collaborate with the product, design, and development teams. • Support testing, deployment, and production releases. Requirements • 5–6 years of experience in Full Stack/Backend Development. • Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend frameworks. • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart. • Strong experience in API development and integration. • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases. • Knowledge of authentication, security, and performance optimization. • Experience with Git and Agile development. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have • Experience with Azure and cloud services. • Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask. • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or marketplace platforms. • Experience with AI/LLM integrations. • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
