WHAT YOU’LL DO Work directly with the Founder to define the technology strategy across SOURCE’s portfolio. Architect and develop products, accelerate existing platforms, establish engineering standards, and build the technical teams required for international expansion. You’ll be expected to move comfortably between writing code, solving difficult engineering problems, making strategic technology decisions, and leading technical execution. We don’t expect you to personally build 12 companies. We expect you to help build the engineering powerhouse capable of creating them. THE PARTNERSHIP Position: Group CTO & Technical Co-Founder Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Commitment: Full-Time Structure: Founder-Level Equity Partnership Compensation: Equity participation, with salary planned following successful funding. This is an early-stage founding opportunity with no guaranteed pre-funding salary.
