Role Description The Dermatologist & Aesthetic Medicine Trainer will deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in dermatology and aesthetic procedures to healthcare professionals and learners at varying levels of experience. This contract role includes preparing curricula, lesson plans, and training materials; conducting interactive lectures, workshops, and hands-on clinical demonstrations; and ensuring all training adheres to institutional, regulatory, and safety standards. The trainer will supervise and assess learners’ skills, provide structured feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of courses and accreditation requirements. The role is hybrid, based in Bahrain with a combination of on-site training at the Center and occasional remote work for course preparation, virtual sessions, and learner support. Qualifications • Advanced clinical expertise in dermatology and aesthetic medicine, including diagnostic skills, procedural competence (e.g., injectables, laser therapies, skin rejuvenation), and evidence-based practice. • Demonstrated teaching, training, or academic experience, with the ability to design curricula, develop learning objectives, and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and simulations. • Strong assessment and evaluation skills, including creating exams, skills checklists, and competency-based assessments aligned with international and local regulatory standards. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor diverse learners and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary faculty and administrative teams. • Commitment to patient safety and ethical practice, including knowledge of infection control, clinical governance, and regulatory requirements within Bahrain and international frameworks. • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent in Dermatology, with valid professional licensure/registration; recognized certifications or fellowship training in aesthetic medicine strongly preferred. • Experience working in academic, training center, or hospital-based settings, particularly within the GCC region, is an advantage. • Proficiency with digital learning tools Show more Show less
