Event Designer

Company Description Eventive Group is a full-service events organization based in Saudi Arabia, providing integrated event management, production, and technology solutions for government and private sector clients. Role Description The Event Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for conceptualizing and designing event experiences from initial idea through final execution. Day-to-day tasks include developing event themes and visual concepts, preparing mood boards, layouts, and floor plans, and collaborating with event planners and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with client objectives. The role involves selecting décor, staging, lighting, and branding elements, coordinating with vendors and suppliers on design-related requirements, and ensuring all event materials meet quality and budget standards. The Event Designer will also participate in client meetings to present concepts, gather feedback, and refine designs, while supporting onsite setup and ensuring that the final event environment matches approved design plans. Qualifications • Event Designing and Event Planning skills, with the ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into practical event layouts and experiences. • Event Management and Sales skills, including coordinating multiple stakeholders and supporting client relationship development and upselling of design solutions. • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact professionally with clients and vendors. • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with production, staging, and décor materials. • Experience in live events, exhibitions, conferences, or related fields, preferably within the GCC region. • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Ability to work on-site in Dammam, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules. • Relevant academic background in Event Management, Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
