Supplier Performance • Maintain strategic supplier relationships and ensure viable alternatives are available. • Conduct supplier scorecards and performance reviews, driving improvement plans for missed KPIs. • Resolve escalated supplier issues and disputes. • Achieve sustainable savings without compromising quality and validate invoices against contracted rates. Client & Commercial Growth • Lead client meetings, address issues, and foster long-term relationships. • Present proposals and value cases to senior client decision-makers. • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Operations. • Negotiate client pricing, renewals, and scope changes, confirming capacity and margin before commitment. Governance & Leadership • Report on savings, contract performance, spend, risk, and renewals. • Enforce procurement governance, ethical sourcing, and conflict-of-interest controls. • Lead audit responses and ensure corrective actions are completed. • Set priorities for and coach the procurement team. What You'll Bring • 7–10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, including at least 3 years in leadership roles or managing complex commercial portfolios. • Client-facing experience in outsourced or professional services, with a proven track record in negotiations, renewals, and upselling/cross-selling. • Strong commercial judgment regarding pricing, margins, total cost, and contract risk. • Confident executive presence with excellent written and spoken English skills. • Experience with procurement ERP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle) and reporting tools. • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. • CIPS/MCIPS or equivalent certification preferred. • Experience in the UAE/GCC market is a strong advantage.
