Vice President / Director of Business Development (Institutional Sales) Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Oneira Talent Solutions is retained on a senior business development hire for a Saudi investment firm building out its institutional coverage. The core product range here is Fixed Income, Sukuk, and Structured Products. This is an institutional seat, not a private client one. You will be covering institutions rather than managing individual portfolios. Who you will cover • Family offices and family holding groups • Banks and financial institutions • Private equity and private credit firms • Asset managers and capital markets businesses • Large corporates and holding groups What you will do: • Originate and build institutional relationships across the Kingdom • Sell across fixed income/ sukuk and structure products primarily • Work with the investment team to position product and shape solutions around client requirements • Own your coverage list and the revenue that comes off it What we are looking for: • A background in institutional sales, business development, distribution or capital formation. Most likely from a private equity firm, private credit platform, asset manager, placement agent or investment bank • An established network across Saudi institutions, family groups and financial institutions • Credibility with sophisticated buyers, and a track record of winning business rather than servicing an inherited book • Based in Riyadh Competitive base plus performance linked bonus.
