Accountant / Cost Controller & Admin

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant / Cost Controller who can manage daily accounting, financial control, purchasing costs, inventory, payroll, and basic HR administration. The candidate should be practical and hands-on, with the ability to monitor and control expenses across different areas of the business, including boats and marine operations, fuel, transportation, kitchens/restaurants, stores, staff, and general company expenses. Requirements Preferably Filipino nationality. Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong experience in accounting and cost control. Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software. Experience in hospitality, tourism, restaurants, marine operations, transportation, or multi-operation companies is preferred. Good knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, inventory, and cost control. Knowledge of Oman accounting practices, VAT/tax requirements, government portals, payroll, and basic Oman HR procedures is an advantage. Good English communication skills. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
