SENIOR PHYSICAL THERAPY SPECIALIST 📍 Location: Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Physical Therapy Specialist to join a leading healthcare organisation in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide advanced physical therapy services to patients across inpatient, outpatient and home-care settings, delivering complex therapeutic interventions to restore movement, improve physical function, manage pain and prevent disability. Key Responsibilities • Provide advanced and complex physical therapy interventions to patients with a wide range of illnesses, impairments and disabilities. • Assess, plan and deliver patient-centred rehabilitation programmes. • Support and mentor junior and fellow clinical staff, helping develop clinical reasoning and critical-thinking skills. • Identify staff development and training needs within the clinical area. • Evaluate physical therapy equipment, supplies and resources and provide recommendations to management. • Maintain high standards of patient care, safety and professional practice. Candidate Requirements • Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy / Physiotherapy – Essential • 15+ years of professional experience • Minimum 2 years’ experience following completion of a Master’s degree • Current BLS certification • Advanced English language skills • Basic Arabic is advantageous • Strong clinical assessment, decision-making and communication skills • Experience managing complex rehabilitation cases and supporting clinical teams What This Opportunity Offers This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Physical Therapy Specialist to join an established healthcare environment in Dhahran, one of the key healthcare and business hubs of Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province.
