Civil QA/QC Engineer

We are a diversified Main Contractor hiring a QA/QC Engineer Key Responsibilities: • Assist QA/QC Manager in the development and implementation of Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures • Conduct inspections, arrange material sampling, monitor tests, and maintain inspection records as per project requirements • Ensure all incoming materials comply with project specifications and quality standards • Monitor calibration status of all site equipment and ensure validity of certificates • Raise and follow up Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR) • Coordinate with Consultants, Clients, and third-party inspection agencies for quality-related matters • Carry out random site inspections to ensure subcontractors’ compliance with approved quality standards • Maintain QA/QC documentation logs and support project handover documentation • Conduct quality inductions and training for employees and subcontractors at site Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Minimum 6-8 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and construction quality requirements What We Offer: • Attractive salary package (AED 10,000 - 15,000) • Career growth and long-term opportunities • Professional and dynamic work environment Show more Show less
