Job Summary Builds AI capability: the Joule knowledge assistant, AI search and personalization, predictive models, and the AI Lab that tests new ideas safely. Responsibilities • Build the Joule knowledge assistant on IT and SAP documentation • Build search relevance and recommendation models with the Commerce team • Build predictive models: PROCEED fleet maintenance and inventory health • Assess AI requests and build pilots with clear kill criteria • Deploy, monitor and retrain models; control cost and accuracy • Apply AI governance: privacy, bias checks and human oversight Must Have • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Artificial Intelligence. • 3+ years building machine-learning or generative-AI solutions in production. • SAP AI Core / Joule; Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer.
