Sales Manager - Developer

Elysian Developments is a luxury boutique developer in Dubai. Conceived by the connoisseurs of luxury living at Elysian Group, a pioneer in Dubai Real Estate that was established in 2006, Elysian Developments is grounded in the belief that every detail matters, and that true excellence is found in the meticulous attention to each and every element. We are currently seeking Sales Managers to join our growing team. Sales Manager is the commercial engine of the Elysian sales team. This individual drives direct sales to HNW and UHNW clients, builds and sustains a productive broker channel, and maintains the CRM discipline that keeps the team's pipeline accurate and conversion-ready. They are equally at home delivering a compelling lifestyle briefing to a family office as they are managing their personal deal pipeline from first enquiry through to signed SPA. Critically, the Sales Manager embodies the Elysian brand. They understand — and can articulate — the well-being, biohacking, and longevity philosophy that underpins our residential concept, translating lifestyle aspiration into investment conviction for a discerning, globally mobile client base. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sales Execution & Target Delivery • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into reservations and signed sales agreements across the Elysian residential portfolio, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Manage a personal sales pipeline end-to-end — from initial enquiry through to reservation, SPA signing, and post-sale follow-up — keeping all records accurate and current in Salesforce. • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and commercial terms with clients within approved parameters, maximising conversion without compromising margin. • Follow up diligently on every enquiry, referral, and expression of interest; no opportunity lost to inaction or delayed response (target: reply within two business hours). 2. Client & Investor Relationship Management • Build trusted relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, family offices, and investment advisors, acting as a strategic partner rather than a transactional agent. • Deliver compelling property presentations and private viewings that weave together Elysian's wellness and longevity lifestyle narrative with clear investment logic — unit types, payment structures, capital appreciation, and yield potential. • Conduct off-site client events, international roadshows, and investor evenings, representing the Elysian brand with confidence and cultural sensitivity across diverse global audiences. 3. Broker Channel Engagement • Build trusted relationships with Owners, CEOs, Directors and Key Players as a strategic partner rather than a transactional agent. • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with registered brokers and channel partners; conduct regular one-to-one briefings, project presentations, and group events to keep the channel informed and motivated. • Onboard new broker contacts into Salesforce, coordinate commission processing with the Head of Sales, and track partner performance to ensure a well-managed, high-output channel network. • Represent Elysian at broker events, property exhibitions, and networking functions, continuously expanding the active broker base. 4. Pipeline, CRM & Reporting • Maintain a fully up-to-date Salesforce pipeline — all client interactions, deal stages, follow-up actions, and structured notes logged within 24 hours. • Prepare and submit weekly activity reports and pipeline updates to the Head of Sales, flagging risks, emerging opportunities, and deals requiring senior support. • Contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting, providing an honest, data-informed view of expected closures and conversion outlook. • Ensure all reservation forms, client files, compliance records, and SPA documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures and DLD/RERA regulatory requirements. 5. Brand Representation & Market Intelligence • Act as a credible brand ambassador for Elysian's well-being and longevity philosophy — staying current on wellness trends, biohacking developments, and the lifestyle credentials that underpin the product positioning. • Monitor competitor activity, market pricing, and buyer sentiment across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah's luxury and off-plan segments; share insights with the Head of Sales and Marketing team. 6. Collaboration & Team Contribution • Work alongside the Head of Sales and fellow Sales Managers to share market intelligence, best practices, and deal-coaching that elevates the wider team. • Support junior Sales Executives through informal mentoring, joint site visits, and product knowledge sessions. • Liaise with Marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness; coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure smooth transaction progression from reservation to handover. • Participate actively in team meetings, launch briefings, and training sessions, contributing positively to the team's energy and culture. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Essential • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with a demonstrable track record in off-plan or new-development residential sales • Demonstrated ability to close high-value transactions with HNW and UHNW clients, family offices, and investment advisors • Solid understanding of the off-plan sales process — payment plans, reservation procedures, SPA documentation, and DLD/RERA compliance • Established network of buyer and broker relationships within Dubai's luxury property market • RERA certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of joining) • Valid UAE driving licence and access to own or company vehicle for client and site visits • Professional fluency in English; Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin a significant advantage Preferred • Experience selling branded-residence, hotel-branded, or wellness-lifestyle property concepts to a luxury buyer profile • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or a comparable enterprise sales platform in an active sales role • Prior experience representing a developer at international property exhibitions or investor roadshows • Exposure to international investor markets — GCC, European, Russian, or South Asian buyer segments • Genuine personal interest in wellness, biohacking, longevity, and performance living — the lifestyle Elysian is built around
