Fitness Showroom Sales Manager

We’re Hiring: Showroom Sales Manager – Fitness Equipment (Kuwait) Are you a fitness trainer who knows equipment inside out and loves showing people how to use it? We’re looking for someone to lead our fitness showroom and be the face of our brand, both in-store and on social media. About the role • We need a hands-on manager who can turn product knowledge into sales and engaging content. What you’ll do • Run the showroom day to day: displays, stock, and the customer experience • Demo equipment to walk-in customers and match them to the right product for their goals • Create short-form video content explaining features, benefits, and correct use • Host occasional live demos, workouts, or in-store events • Hit sales targets and share customer feedback to help shape our range • Build relationships with gyms, coaches, and corporate clients What we’re looking for • Certified personal trainer or strength & conditioning coach (ACE, NASM, ISSA, REPs or similar) • Solid understanding of cardio, strength, and recovery equipment • Comfortable on camera and confident speaking to an audience • Retail or sales experience is a strong plus • Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage • Based in Kuwait with a transferable residency; Kuwaiti driving license preferred What we offer • Competitive salary + sales commission • Staff discounts on fitness gear • The chance to grow with a fast-expanding fitness brand Show more Show less
