Job Role: Test Automation & NFT Architect Work Location: Sharjah Notice Period: Immediate – 30 Days About the Role The technical visionary defining the TCoE's overarching automation framework and Non-Functional Testing (NFT) strategy Key Responsibilities: • Author the Automation Test Strategy and direct the Shift-Left automation blueprint for all active CRs. • Design, maintain, and scale the containerized framework and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab). • Define the baseline performance, load, and stress testing thresholds. Evaluate and procure emerging testing tools and define ROI metrics for automation efforts Core Skill Set: Enterprise test automation framework design, CI/CD pipeline integration, and NFR definition.
