AlRuwais is a Saudi company that builds and runs the facilities people rely on every day. We work in two connected fields: • Contracting: construction and execution of building projects • Operations, maintenance and facilities management: keeping government and healthcare facilities running around the clock Because we work on a building from its foundation through to its daily operation, we see how decisions made on site affect performance for years afterward.
