WE’RE HIRING: Business Development Executive – Lead Generation Services | UAE Real Estate We are looking for a hands-on new business hunter to sell lead-generation and performance-marketing services to real estate agents, brokers, agencies, and developers across the UAE. This is NOT a property sales role. This is NOT an account management role. This is a business development role focused on selling marketing and lead-generation services. Apply only if you meet the following: • 2–3+ years of proven sales/business development experience in the UAE • Proven experience selling lead generation, performance marketing, digital marketing, paid advertising, or closely related services • Strong ability to prospect, generate leads, pitch, negotiate, and close • Proven track record of new client acquisition • Existing exposure to the UAE real estate market is highly preferred • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English Compensation: Primarily commission-based. A basic salary + commission may be offered only to candidates with a strong proven track record of selling lead-generation / performance-marketing services directly to the UAE real estate sector, together with an established industry network.
