Project Manager - PEGA

Greeting from Linnk Group, Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and the Banking/Financial Services domain to manage a governed, fixed-bid maintenance and optimization engagement for a live Pega CDH production environment. Project Manager Location: UAE Contract: 12 Months – Extendable Key Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end Pega CDH maintenance and optimization program for a live production environment. • Coordinate specialist teams responsible for decisioning, configuration, QA, release management, and production support. • Ensure strategies, eligibility, propositions, treatments, contact policies, suppression, and arbitration logic remain aligned with approved business priorities. • Oversee portfolio performance analysis and optimization of targeting, data inputs, prioritization, and contact frequency. • Manage controlled A/B testing and ensure approved learnings are converted into governed changes. • Ensure end-to-end quality assurance, release assurance, deployment, and post-release validation. • Monitor operational performance, customer population movements, production health, and delivery capacity. • Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and fixed-bid delivery commitments. • Maintain a traceable backlog, delivery plan, risk register, decision log, issue register, and acceptance evidence. • Work closely with banking business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure business objectives and customer decisioning outcomes are achieved. • Ensure timely documentation, knowledge transfer, handover, and closure of deliverables within the agreed scope, budget, and duration. • Provide regular governance and progress reporting to senior stakeholders. Mandatory Requirements • Proven experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager managing Pega projects. • Strong experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (Pega CDH), preferably in a production maintenance and optimization environment. • Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience. • Experience managing live production portfolios, releases, optimization, and continuous improvement. • Good understanding of Pega decisioning, strategies, eligibility, propositions, treatments, arbitration, contact policies, and suppression. • Strong experience in stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk/issue management, and release management. • Experience managing fixed-bid engagements, delivery plans, acceptance criteria, and contractual deliverables. • Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. Preferred • Pega certification or strong experience working with Pega CDH / Pega Decisioning. • Experience managing customer engagement, personalization, next-best-action, or decisioning programs. • Experience with A/B testing, portfolio performance analysis, and customer targeting optimization. • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
