Senior Projects Manager Luxury Fit-Out & Bespoke Joinery | Dubai, UAE Salary: Up to AED 35,000 + Family Benefits & Education Allowance A leading Conglomerate is seeking an accomplished Senior Projects Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile luxury fit-out and bespoke joinery projects across the UAE. This role requires a proven leader with extensive experience delivering prestigious projects including luxury villas, palaces, five-star hospitality, premium residential, commercial, and retail developments. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, client satisfaction, and project delivery from award through final handover. Key Requirements • 20+ years of construction and interior fit-out experience • Minimum 15 years leading large-scale luxury fit-out projects • Proven delivery of projects valued between AED 50M and AED 500M • Strong expertise in luxury interiors, bespoke joinery, specialist finishes, and architectural woodwork • Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders • Strong commercial, contractual, procurement, and project controls experience • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline • PMP certification is an advantage Areas of Responsibility • Lead the successful delivery of multiple luxury fit-out and joinery projects • Drive project performance across cost, schedule, quality, HSEQ, and profitability targets • Oversee commercial and contractual management, risk mitigation, procurement, and resource planning • Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships • Provide strategic leadership to project teams while ensuring exceptional execution standards This opportunity is suited to senior project leaders with a track record of delivering landmark interior projects and operating within fast-paced, high-performance environments.
