Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Dubai. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, documenting care, coordinating with physicians and allied health professionals, and supporting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The nurse will educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health promotion, while ensuring infection control and safety standards are maintained. The role also involves participating in handovers, maintaining accurate records in clinical systems, responding to emergencies, and contributing to quality improvement and clinical audits. Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse license/registration in the relevant jurisdiction, with eligibility to practice in Dubai. • Recognized nursing degree or diploma (Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent). • Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring. • Knowledge of evidence-based nursing practice, infection control principles, and patient safety standards. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate documentation in electronic and paper records. • Comfort with working in a fast-paced clinical environment, including shift work, weekends, and holidays as required. • Basic life support (BLS) certification; advanced life support (ACLS/PALS) is an advantage. • Previous experience in hospital or clinic settings in medical-surgical, emergency, or specialty units is preferred. • Commitment to ongoing professional development, ethical practice, and culturally sensitive care.
