Quantity Surveyor – MEP • Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for MEP and electromechanical works. • Measure completed work and prepare payment applications and subcontractor assessments. • Evaluate variations and maintain cost and commercial records. • Support procurement, cost control and preparation of final accounts.
