Head of Finance

Our client, an established technology company, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead its finance function and support the next stage of its growth. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility across financial management, governance, reporting, and strategic finance. Key Responsibilities: • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control • Oversee financial governance, audit, and compliance requirements • Strengthen finance processes, controls, and reporting capabilities • Support strategic initiatives, investment activities, and investor relations • Partner with senior leadership and key external stakeholders • Lead and develop the wider finance team Qualifications: • Strong finance leadership experience within a complex organisation • Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and controls • Experience managing external audits and senior stakeholders • Professional finance qualifications like SOCPA, CPA, CFA or similar certifications are advantageous If you are ready to take on a strategic finance leadership role with an established and growing organisation, we would love to hear from you!
