Key Responsibilites: • Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that supports students with diverse learning needs within the IB and British curriculum frameworks. • Collaborate with subject teachers to design and implement strategies that promote access, progress, and achievement for all learners. • Use data effectively to monitor student progress and plan targeted interventions. • Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment aligned with the IB Learner Profile and GEMS Core Values. • Contribute to the development of inclusive practices across the secondary school, promoting equity and understanding among students and staff. • Engage with parents and the wider school community to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
