About The Role We are looking for an Industrial & Supply Chain - Senior Consultant, to own the serial production of our electronic devices and the supply chain that feeds it. You are accountable for delivering qualified products on time, at the agreed quality level and at target cost, once the product has been released into production. This is a 12-month contract position. Key Responsibilities • Day-to-day manufacturing execution: production plan, capacity, output, yield and on-time delivery. • Management of the production team — organization, skills, performance and HSE compliance. • Production quality: first-pass yield, non-conformance handling, containment and corrective action. • Planning and inventory: S&OP, master production schedule, MRP parameters and stock policy. • Procurement of components, subassemblies and services, and the performance of your suppliers and EMS partners. • Component supply risk: lead times, allocation, obsolescence, last-time buys and authorized distribution sourcing. • Logistics, customs and export-control compliance for inbound and outbound flows. • The production and supply budget, unit cost against target, and the KPI reporting that goes with it. • Close collaboration with technical and industrialization during the full life of the products. Minimum Qualifications • Master’s degree in Engineering and/or Manufacturing (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or similar). • 10 years in production and/or supply chain management in electronics manufacturing (assembly, product/system integration). • Proven ownership of a serial production line or an EMS-based supply flow, with delivery and cost accountability. • Solid knowledge of MRP/ERP, S&OP, configuration management, inventory policy, supplier negotiation and contracting. • Real knowledge of the electronic component market and its constraints. • People management experience in a production environment. • Fluent English.
