We are looking to hire an Assistant Marketing Manager ,who will be responsible for, the development designing and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategy, driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and commercial performance for one of the leading semi-government organization in Dubai, UAE. This is a 3 months contract and is renewable. The role sits within the Marketing Department and reports directly to the Associate Director of Marketing. We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager, who will provide strategic marketing support ensuring consistent brand positioning, compelling content, and targeted marketing initiatives that maximise visibility, demand, and revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with the Marketing Manager in implementing short- and long-term resort • strategies and multi-channel marketing initiatives that align with the Sales & Marketing Department’s annual revenue goals. • Provide full support to the Marketing Manager in delivering all Rooms, Spa, and C&I campaigns and projects. • Establish campaign KPIs for success and maximise ROI. • Work together with the Digital Marketing Manager and Media Buying Agency to plan and launch advertising campaigns for local and international markets. • Manage creative development for advertising media campaigns and ensure effective delivery of advertising in line with the media plan. • Ensure campaign and project expenses remain within approved budgets. • Monitor campaign performance with agencies and proactively suggest opportunities for optimisation. • Support the PR & Communications Manager with content requirements for social media when required. • Ensure website content is up to date and aligned with established web content standards. • Manage relationships with different types of agencies and suppliers and source new suppliers as required, adhering to the procurement process. • Ensure Public Relations and Communications teams are involved in marketing campaigns where applicable to maximise audience and reach. • Ensure all collateral and marketing materials comply with the brand standards and guidelines and work closely with Print Production teams. • Execute photography-related projects and arrange video and photo shoots in adherence to brand Photography & Videography Style Guidelines. • Conduct ongoing competitor reviews and checks to identify special offers and activities undertaken by hotels within the competitive set. • Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day operations and in driving different marketing activities while maximising ROI. Ensure projects and campaigns are delivered to a high standard, aligned with brand guidelines, and within established budget and deadline frameworks. Knowledge, skills & experience: • Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or • equivalent is essential. • A Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification is desirable. • Sound knowledge of drafting creative briefs, campaign development, implementation, • and measurement. • 3–5 years of experience with luxury brands or hospitality • Any second language will be an advantage.
