Sales Manager

As a Sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the hotel to ensure positive goal achievement. You will be responsible for selling hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and food and beverage services through direct client contact. People • Manage daily activities and plan and assign tasks to ensure adequate staffing. • Support the sales team through training and feedback to improve performance, setting individual development goals. • Ensure colleagues are trained on required standards and provided with the necessary tools to work efficiently. • assist with any team-related issues, such as recommending performance improvements. • Foster teamwork by building strong relationships among different departments. Guest Experience • Provide assistance to guests when they need support or information • Offer guests information about programs, local attractions, and restaurants to enhance their experience. • Build relationships with key clients to enhance group sales opportunities. • Coordinate activities between sales and other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsible Business • Enhance the hotel's reputation and brand within the local community. • Work on improving marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance in collaboration with other departments. • Execute additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
