At Boutiqaat, we’re looking for a Brand Specialist to help build, grow, and evolve Boutiqaat-owned and private-label brands, product collections, and celebrity collaborations across Contact Lenses & Eyewear. This isn’t just a brand management role. It’s a role for someone who is curious about consumers, obsessed with trends, commercially minded, and excited by the journey from “What if?” to a product sitting on the shelf and ultimately in the hands of a customer. You’ll work across the entire brand and product lifecycle: research, ideas, concepts, sourcing, product development, manufacturing, launch, performance, and what comes next. What You’ll Be Doing · Research local and international markets, competitors, consumers, trends, products, materials, designs, and pricing. · Identify market gaps, customer needs, emerging trends, and commercial opportunities. · Explore and propose new brand concepts, product directions, collections, and assortment opportunities. · Turn market and consumer insights into ideas that have genuine commercial potential. · Keep a close eye on what’s happening in Contact Lenses & Eyewear — and understand where the next opportunity could be. · Support the development and management of assigned brands and celebrity collaborations throughout their lifecycle. · Help transform approved concepts into commercially relevant product ranges. · Coordinate product concepts from the first idea and specifications through sampling, revisions, final approval, production, and launch. · Work with manufacturers and internal teams to define product specifications, designs, materials, quality, packaging, pricing, and other requirements. · Continuously challenge and improve existing products, collections, and concepts based on customer feedback, market trends, and performance. · Research and identify manufacturers and suppliers locally and internationally. · Evaluate partners based on capabilities, quality, pricing, capacity, product requirements, and development needs. · Coordinate specifications, samples, modifications, costing, MOQs, packaging, quality requirements, lead times, and production. · Build strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers and make sure development stays on track. · Participate in supplier meetings, sourcing activities, exhibitions, and international travel when required. · Work with Account Managers throughout the journey of celebrity collaborations — from research and concept development to product creation, launch, performance, and future collections. · Understand celebrity audiences and connect their interests and preferences with market opportunities. · Coordinate everything from concepts and samples to specifications, packaging, costing, approvals, production, and launch. · Track collaboration milestones and ensure projects move forward smoothly. · Monitor how celebrity collections perform and identify opportunities for new products, extensions, improvements, and future collections. · Monitor sales, sell-through, stock levels, SKU performance, and overall brand performance. · Analyze sales data, customer feedback, competitor activity, market trends, and product performance. · Benchmark local and international competitors to identify opportunities in pricing, assortment, positioning, and product development. · Prepare brand, product, market, and sales analysis and turn insights into clear recommendations. · Identify actions that can improve performance, product mix, replenishment, assortment, and future development. · Support commercial targets and take ownership of agreed actions that move brands forward. · Keep track of key products and brand lifecycle milestones and ensure everyone is aligned on priorities and timelines. Who Are We Looking For? · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. · 1–3 years of relevant experience in brand management, product development, sourcing, market research, private-label development, retail, or a related field is preferred. · Experience in brand management, product research, market analysis, sourcing, supplier coordination, or product development is an advantage — but not essential. · Strong fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate analytical ability, creativity, commercial thinking, curiosity, ownership, and a genuine interest in brands and products. · Experience or exposure to Contact Lenses & Eyewear, fashion, consumer products, or private-label development is an advantage. · Willingness to travel internationally when required for sourcing, exhibitions, supplier meetings, manufacturer engagement, and product development. · Can look at data, trends, and customer insights and ask: “So, what’s the opportunity?” · Can turn a market gap or consumer insight into a brand idea, product concept, collection, or new opportunity. · Comfortable researching markets, analyzing sales and competitor information, and turning data into decisions. · Collaborate work confidently with Account Managers, internal teams, manufacturers, suppliers, and external partners and keep everyone moving in the same direction · Proactive who don’t wait for someone to tell you what needs to happen. You spot the next step, follow up, solve problems, and take ownership. · Detail-Oriented who can keep track of specifications, samples, costing, MOQ, packaging, quality, production, timelines, and approvals without losing sight of the bigger picture. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Familiarity with product tracking, sales analysis, reporting, or business systems is an advantage. · Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
