We are seeking an Interface Manager to join our team at NEOM and lead interface management activities during the completion, commissioning, handover, and close-out of a major water infrastructure project. About The Opportunity Lead the management of internal and external project interfaces across a major water infrastructure programme entering its close-out phase. Working closely with contractors, consultants, client stakeholders, commissioning teams, and operations representatives, you will be responsible for coordinating the resolution of outstanding interface issues, ensuring alignment between project parties, and driving successful completion, handover, and operational readiness activities. This role is critical in ensuring that technical, construction, commissioning, commercial, and operational interfaces are effectively managed through to final project close-out. Key Responsibilities • Lead the identification, management, and resolution of interfaces between contractors, consultants, operators, utility providers, and client stakeholders. • Maintain and manage the project interface register, ensuring all actions, dependencies, and risks are tracked through to closure. • Coordinate interface meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to facilitate timely decision-making and issue resolution. • Drive the resolution of outstanding technical, construction, commissioning, and operational interface issues affecting project completion and handover. • Ensure interface requirements are incorporated into commissioning plans, operational readiness activities, and handover strategies. • Monitor contractor performance relating to interface deliverables and completion milestones. • Collaborate with engineering, construction, commercial, HSE, project controls, GIS/BIM, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment across project functions. • Identify, assess, and mitigate interface-related risks that could impact project delivery, commissioning, or handover. • Support the review and coordination of handover documentation, asset information, and operational acceptance requirements. • Provide regular interface status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to project leadership and client stakeholders. Here's what you'll need • Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in interface management, project management, engineering management, or project delivery roles on major infrastructure, utilities, transportation, water, energy, or industrial projects. • Technical Strong understanding of engineering, construction, commissioning, operational readiness, handover processes, and multidisciplinary project delivery. • Infrastructure Proven experience managing interfaces on large-scale infrastructure projects involving multiple contractors, stakeholders, and delivery partners. • Digital Experience using project management systems, interface management tools, Autodesk Construction Cloud, document management systems, and digital collaboration platforms. • Project & Commercial Strong understanding of project controls, risk management, change management, contract administration, stakeholder coordination, and project close-out processes. • Leadership Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, resolve complex issues, and drive decisions in fast-paced project environments. • Behavioral Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive and collaborative approach. • Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. • Preferred Experience working on major water, utilities, or infrastructure programmes in the Middle East with exposure to commissioning, operational readiness, and asset handover activities.
