Junior Legal Counsel

The company Richmond Park Associates (RPA) is a legal advisory, business intelligence and cyber consultancy incorporated in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with an office in London and a wider presence across Zurich, Monaco, Beirut and the UAE. RPA serves, among others, corporates, financial institutions and owners of high-value assets across the aviation, maritime and yachting (commercial and private), automotive, art and aerospace sectors. The opportunity We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our legal team, on a remote basis, as Junior Legal Counsel. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of litigation, transactional, and corporate matters, with significant exposure to complex and international engagements. Key responsibilities Your primary focus will be assisting a Partner on litigation and transactional matters, with a particular focus on the yachting and maritime sectors. You will also be exposed to a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate structuring, governance, and reorganisations. Skills and experience The ideal candidate will: • Hold a law degree from a recognised UK university; • Be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, or be in the final stages of qualification; • Have an exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage; • Be highly organised, consistent, proactive and diligent, with excellent attention to detail; • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
