Role Description The Business Analyst role at NAVAIA is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping and improving business processes, and translating operational needs into clear specifications for technical and AI teams. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for optimization within the revenue cycle. Daily tasks include conducting data-driven analysis, documenting workflows, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting the implementation and refinement of AI-enabled solutions. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making. • Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills to gather requirements, document processes, and propose actionable improvements. • Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly present findings to stakeholders. • Candidates should possess Business Process and Business Requirements skills to model current and future-state workflows and define detailed functional specifications. • Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field, and experience in consulting, technology, or revenue cycle operations. • Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with AI-driven solutions, proficiency in data visualization or reporting tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
