Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and organize the production team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. • Work closely with the production team and supervise the assembly and manufacturing of units. • Inspect units during and after production to ensure they meet required technical and quality standards. • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. • Use AutoCAD to review and prepare technical drawings when required. • Develop and modify machine programming and PC-based programs used for production equipment. • Support troubleshooting and resolve technical or production-related issues. • Inspect incoming materials and components to ensure they meet the required quality specifications. • Conduct and monitor welding tests and ensure welding quality meets the required standards. • Perform testing and inspection of completed units before final delivery. • Coordinate with relevant departments to address quality, technical, and production issues. • Maintain accurate production, inspection, and testing records. • Ensure production activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. • 2–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or a related engineering role. • Good knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of machine programming and PC-based programming. • Experience with production inspection, material quality checks, and testing procedures. • Knowledge of welding processes and welding quality inspection is an advantage. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to coordinate and work effectively with production teams. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
