Content & Concept Creator SULIYAN COMPANY Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (On-site) Reports to: Creative Director Employment type: Full-time Experience: 3–5 years The Role We're looking for a bilingual creative thinker in Jeddah who turns briefs into strong ideas and presents them in decks that win clients. You'll own the journey from concept to content to presentation, working closely with our strategy, account, and design teams. What You'll Do Concept Creation • Turn client briefs into original campaign ideas, creative platforms, and big ideas • Develop concept routes with clear rationale, key messages, concept descriptions and execution examples • Build mood boards and visual references that bring each concept to life • Ground ideas in Saudi culture, audience insights, and the local calendar Content Creation • Write Arabic and English content: taglines, campaign copy, social content, scripts, and brand messaging • Develop brand narratives, tone of voice guidelines, and content pillars • Create content plans and calendars that bring concepts to life across platforms • Adapt one idea into formats for social media, digital, print, and outdoor Presentation Creation • Build pitch decks, client proposals, and campaign presentations from start to finish • Structure presentations with a clear storyline: insight, idea, execution, results • Design visually polished slides that follow our brand or the client's • Produce bilingual Arabic/English decks with correct right-to-left layouts • Turn strategy documents and data into clear, persuasive visual slides • Support the team in preparing and refining presentations for client meetings What You Bring • Native Arabic (Saudi dialect a strong plus) and professional English, with excellent writing in both • 3–5 years in concept development, copywriting, or content creation, ideally at an agency in KSA or the GCC • A strong portfolio of pitch decks or proposals you've built • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Keynote; Google Slides a plus • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign for slide visuals • Experience with AI tools for mood boards and concept visuals (Midjourney, Firefly, or similar) • Strong storytelling and the ability to explain the "why" behind every idea • A good eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy • Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight pitch deadlines • Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate Nice to Have • Experience pitching to government entities or major Saudi brands • Understanding of marketing strategy and consumer insights • Figma or Canva for quick visual work ⁩ Show more Show less
