About the role

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage façade projects from commencement to handover. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. • Review façade drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents. • Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, procurement, and site activities. • Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and overall performance. • Ensure façade works comply with approved designs, specifications, and UAE standards. • Coordinate with design, BIM, estimation, production, procurement, and site teams. • Identify and resolve technical, commercial, and site-related issues. • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. • Manage project documentation, reports, variations, claims, and handover requirements. • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and project requirements. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in façade, aluminium, curtain wall, glazing, or building envelope projects. • Proven experience managing large-scale façade projects from design through installation and handover. • Strong knowledge of aluminium curtain wall, cladding, glazing, windows, doors, and façade systems. • UAE/GCC experience is mandatory. • Strong project management, leadership, coordination, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within tight deadlines. Requirements
