Job Description We are looking for an experienced GRC Director to lead the organization’s Governance, Risk & Compliance agenda, reporting directly to the CEO.. Key Responsibilities • Lead and execute the enterprise-wide GRC strategy and framework. • Oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, disclosure, and governance requirements. • Lead Board and Committee reporting, governance matters, and shareholder-related activities. • Drive the organization’s ESG strategy and sustainability reporting. • Build and maintain strong relationships with government and regulatory authorities. • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely integration into policies, procedures, and controls. • Leverage AI and technology to strengthen regulatory monitoring, risk identification, and compliance. • Lead, develop, and build a high-performing GRC function.
