KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reports, dashboards, and KPIs . • Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple sources. • Identify trends, risks, variances, and root causes and provide actionable recommendations. • Monitor HR analytics , including workforce, Saudization/NITAQAT, headcount, and turnover • metrics. • Support budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and cost monitoring . • Monitor project performance, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables . • Develop clear and professional PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations for • management. • Identify opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement, and data accuracy . • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide accurate and timely insights for decision-making. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related • field. • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, reporting, HR • analytics, or a related field. • Experience in dashboard development, budgeting, financial analysis, and PMO reporting . • Experience in reporting automation and process improvement is preferred. • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI . • Strong data analysis, reporting, visualization, and forecasting skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity . • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams. • Knowledge of Saudization/NITAQAT and Saudi labor regulations is preferred. • PMP/KPI certification is preferred. • Fluency in Arabic and English .
