Business Development & Operations Executive Exploit3rs is looking for a Business Development & Operations Executive to join our team in the UAE. This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining sales, business development, marketing, proposals, event coordination, logistics, and procurement. Responsibilities - Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and maintain strong client relationships. - Conduct sales outreach, follow up on leads, and identify new business opportunities. - Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other client-facing materials. - Support marketing campaigns, partnerships, and promotional activities. - Coordinate cybersecurity events, CTF competitions, workshops, and training programs. - Manage event logistics, including venues, equipment, transportation, schedules, and materials. - Handle procurement, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparisons, purchasing, and delivery follow-ups. - Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery. - Maintain proper follow-up on leads, proposals, tasks, and deadlines. Requirements - Previous experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role. - Professional proficiency in Arabic and English. - Valid UAE driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are required. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Confident attending client meetings and representing the company professionally. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations. - Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple responsibilities. - UAE work experience is preferred.
