The HSEQ Manager will be responsible for coordinating, implementing and monitoring HSEQ requirements across our business operations within the Middle East, North and South Africa, and India region. You will provide practical HSEQ leadership and advice to regional and local management, project teams and office HSEQ representatives. The role supports office, project, marine, offshore and field activities and promotes a positive, proactive and consistent HSEQ culture throughout the region. What will you be doing? • Act as the primary HSEQ focal point for the MENSAI region, providing advice and support to management, project teams and local HSEQ representatives. • Lead the implementation and continual improvement of Group HSEQ policies, objectives, programmes and initiatives across the region. • Support compliance with the Aqualis Integrated Management System and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements. • Coordinate regional HSEQ activities, including audits, management reviews, inspections, risk assessments and performance monitoring. • Monitor compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental and quality legal and other requirements across regional locations. • Analyse and report HSEQ performance, trends, KPIs and improvement actions to regional management and the Group HSEQ Director. • Lead or support the investigation of incidents, non-conformities, complaints and operational events, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and closed. • Support bids, projects and operations by reviewing HSEQ requirements, risk assessments, management plans and client obligations. • Provide HSEQ support to office, project, marine, offshore and field operations throughout the region. • Coordinate the evaluation and monitoring of contractors, subcontractors, freelancers and suppliers from an HSEQ perspective. • Support emergency preparedness, crisis management, business continuity and office HSEQ arrangements, including drills, exercises and inspections. • Coordinate regional HSEQ training, inductions, awareness initiatives and communications to promote a positive safety culture. • Build strong relationships with regional management and employees to drive engagement, accountability and continual improvement. What are we looking for? • Minimum five years' experience in HSEQ roles, including experience at Adviser, Manager or Lead level, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector. • Recognised occupational health and safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH International Diploma, NVQ Level 6, or equivalent). • Internal Auditor qualifications covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. • Experience implementing, maintaining and improving integrated management systems aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. • Proven experience conducting internal audits and supporting external certification or client audits. • Practical experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and performance reporting. • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels without direct authority. • Excellent written and spoken English. Further Information This position will be based at our office in Al Khobar. You must have the right to live and work in Saudi Arabia. We are unable to support relocation or visa sponsorship.
