Regional Sales Director – Saudi Arabia, UAE & Qatar

We’re hiring: Regional Sales Director – Saudi Arabia, UAE & Qatar AudarAI is expanding its enterprise business across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar, and we’re looking for experienced B2B sales leaders with strong local market knowledge and established enterprise networks in these regions. About AudarAI AudarAI is a leading Arabic-first, multilingual Audio Intelligence company building world-class technologies for the next generation of voice interaction. Our solutions span speech recognition (ASR), natural text-to-speech (TTS), real-time Voice Agents, voice translation, private deployment and model hosting, as well as customized enterprise AI solutions. What you'll do • Lead B2B sales and business development across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and/or Qatar • Develop enterprise customers and strategic business opportunities within your assigned market • Leverage your existing client network and industry relationships to generate qualified sales opportunities • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, business leaders, technology teams, and procurement stakeholders • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and needs discovery to commercial negotiation and deal closure • Work closely with AudarAI’s product and technical teams on proposals, demos, and customized solutions • Build and maintain a strong regional sales pipeline • Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for expansion, renewal, and additional business What we're looking for • Strong experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships • Proven track record of independently managing and closing enterprise deals • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise decision-making processes • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills • Ability to work independently in a highly results-driven environment • Strong understanding of the business environment in Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Qatar Preferred background We are particularly interested in candidates who: • Already have an established network of enterprise customers, senior decision-makers, or industry partners in Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Qatar • Have strong local relationships and market access in one or more of these regions • Can turn existing relationships into qualified commercial opportunities • Have experience selling AI, SaaS, cloud services, enterprise software, telecommunications, digital transformation, data services, or other technology solutions • Have experience with solution selling, enterprise procurement, PoCs, contract negotiation, and strategic accounts Deep technical AI expertise is not required, but you should be comfortable understanding and communicating enterprise AI solutions. Compensation This role follows a performance-driven, commission-based compensation structure. Commission terms and rates will be discussed individually based on the candidate’s experience, network, market coverage, and expected responsibilities. The role offers strong earning potential for sales leaders who can consistently develop and close high-value enterprise opportunities. Who this role is for This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for senior commercial professionals who already understand the Gulf enterprise market, have strong business relationships, and can independently develop and close high-value opportunities.
