Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Doha. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the full property cycle, including identifying suitable properties, arranging viewings, presenting options, and advising on market trends and pricing. The role involves managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing clear information on leasing, sales, and subleasing opportunities. Daily tasks include preparing and updating property listings, coordinating with landlords and property managers, and supporting clients with documentation and basic regulatory requirements. The Property Consultant will work closely with the wider team to achieve sales targets, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and ensure a high standard of professional, ethical, and customer-focused service. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge, including local market understanding and familiarity with leasing, sales, and property management processes. • Candidates should possess effective Consulting and advisory skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable property and workspace solutions. • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with clients, partners, and internal teams. • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities to deliver responsive, client-centered support and build long-term relationships. • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including negotiation, closing techniques, and the ability to work toward performance targets. • Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with digital real estate platforms and CRM tools, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Relevant experience in real estate, business consulting, or a related field, and a diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related discipline are advantageous. • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an asset.
